The Bed and Breakfast Inn boasts several riverside rooms with private balconies overlooking the Rocky Broad River, perfect for a romantic vacation getaway. Each room's decor is unique and charming with all featuring wood floors and ceilings, private baths, cable TV, & coffee pot. Many rooms also offer jacuzzis for your relaxation. Our two room Riverfront Suite is the perfect romantic accomodation to enjoy your special occasion; whether it be a wedding, a honeymoon vacation, anniversary or birthday. We offer you the comforts of home, plus memories to be cherished. Guests at the Inn enjoy discounts at our on-site miniature golf course, large gift shop, and gourmet coffee shop. Ask about fun-filled activities such as fishing, hiking, horseback riding, tours of the Biltmore House in Asheville North Carolina, Chimney Rock Park, boat tours on Lake Lure, shopping, exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, and more.
Accomodations & Amenities
At Fibber MaGee's we want you to feel At-Home...without all the hassle. We try our best to give you a Blue Ridge Mountain experience with comfortable clean rooms, great views, good coffee and food, and most of all good old fashioned hospitality.

All accomodation rates in the Inn are for double occupancy.
- All rooms have private baths, cable TV, make-up mirrors, and coffee pot with your choice of fresh ground coffee
- Free Wi -Fi
- Most rooms have a small refrigerator and flat screen TV
- Most rooms feature private porches and/or jacuzzis.
- Upon arrival, guests choose from a large selection of Gourmet coffee beans available in our Gourmet Coffee & Pastry Shoppe that we grind fresh for you.
- Guests at Fibber MaGee's Riverfront Inn are given discounts at Fibber MaGee's Shoppe, Gourmet Coffee Shoppe, and at our riverfront mini golf course, Chimney Rock Adventure Golf.
- All accomodations are non smoking.
- Guest Kitchen and Breakfast Area available for our guests
- In season we have a home cooked breakfast on Saturday morning and a large buffet breakfast on Sunday morning..
- During the week the kitchen area is stocked with a large variety of breakfast cereals, danish, bagels, fruits, juices, jams, and other goodies for your morning pleasure.
- Upstairs screened entry porch overlooking mountains ....Common area with tables, chairs TV, books, games

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required. Most major credit cards are accepted.
- Two night minimum stay may be required for certain rooms during peak seasons and holidays.
- All accomodation rates are for double occupancy. There is a $15 charge for extra person.
- Cancellations:
- 72 hours minimum. During peak season, holidays and leaf season, two week cancellation notice required for
- full refund. Please realize we are reserving the room for you and will be charged for at least one
- night if you do not cancel your reservation in the required time limit
- Pets are not allowed in the Inn
- No smoking in rooms or cottages
- Children over 12 years of age welcome upstairs
- Children under 12 are welcome in Suite 9 and in all our cottages.
- Check in is 3-6 pm unless other arrangements have been made. Check out is 11a.m.
